Croissant/Bread Lamp

A real croissant, preserved in resin and retrofitted with an electrical belly. We think it’s a terribly romantic gift for someone you love/yourself. Designed in Italy by a one time baker, using unsold bread from several bakeries in Rome.

People are enamored with this croissant lamp for many reasons: one of which is that yes, it’s very cute, but ALSO it’s actually made with a real croissant!! How cool is that?

You can also get similar bread lamp, which also made with real bread! According to the description by Fabio Roncini, he carves out baked goods’ insides, installs LED strips, and then “reassembles each pastry with an epoxy resin to maintain its oven-kissed golden hue and ensure that it will never go bad”.
